My Group Members

Jee-Woo Kim.:

I am a Korean but I was born in New York City--because of my father's
Doctoral study, my parents lived there when I was born.

I was born in New York City but spent my childhood in Nuremberg,
Germany--because my father worked there for several years.

I spent my childhood in Germany but I cannot speak Germany--because my
family moved to Korea before I learn the German language.

(At the age of eight, I moved to Seoul, Korea and completed my
elementary and middle school there. I came back to the United States
when I was a highschooler.  Since then, I have studied in the United
States.)

I am interested in social and political issues but have never
participated in any political parties.

I like eating, especially eating gourmet foods, but always afraid of
gaining weights.

 Insoo Byun. :

I am from South Korea. I was originally class of 2008 but

I was drafted to army in 2005 and I came back to school in 2009.My major is Psychology and I have

one more semester left before graduation, so I graduate in December.

I like to play Starcraft, not starcraft 2,which is an ancient game. I think the game is similar to Chess.

It doesn't have the limits.

I enjoy the weather very much these days. I hope summer never ends

I like sushi and pizza a lot. I think that the crazy dough makes the best pizza around this town.

I plan to do my interview for the job during fall semester and start to work right after I graduate on December.

I wish to work in America but if I can't I will just go back to Korea and work there.

Dell Inspiron 1525

This Dell Computer System is part of their line of laptop computers. The Inspirons today are known as mid- level computers and have been Dell's biggest sellers for a long time in the laptop category. This laptop was the predecesser to the Dell Studio Laptop which is their newer computer targeting mainstream consumers. Even Though the Dell Inspiron 1525 was discontinued on Febuary 26th 2009, It is still a big seller because of its reliability as well as its more slender shape compare to other Dell Inspiron computers.

This Computer uses an Intel Processor ranging from the Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium Core, and Intel Core Duo. Intel has been ranked one of the best central processing units available. The monitor is 15.4" widescreen. Its memory can range from from 512 Megabytes which is 1/2 of a Gigabyte up to 4 gigabytes. The hard drive consists of 80 gb up to 320 gb. An Integrated Webcam is available with purchase as well as Dell's wireless bluetooth. Other options are the dual cd drive consisting of Blue Ray/DVD/RW/and even a blue ray disc burner.

This Computer uses a Windows operating system which has ratings of all sorts. Windows XP and 7 by far beat out Vista. This computer is a top performer amongst inexpensive laptops and is lightweight with good batterylife. Some of its competitiors are the HP Pavillion dv6 and HP Pavillion dv4. The Toshiba Satellite L655 is also another competitor, but it seems the Dell Inspiron 1525 still remains the best and most reliable of the four. This computer is also very known for its inexpensive base price of $499.99 and its price as tested by numerous companies ranges between 800 to 1000 dollars. The computer usually gets rankings between 4 and 5 starts for what it could do especially for when it was made and discontinued.
